Warranty
The Franklin Furniture warranty is a lifetime warranty on the reclining mechanism, metal parts, and frame. Basically, the franklin power recline parts are covered for a lifetime. Everything else, including the motor, and electric lift chair parts, is covered for 1 year. This excludes the upholstery. This is the bare minimum warranty the industry has.

We rate the Marlow 1 out of 5 stars. We dislike how Franklin does not publish prices. We also dislike their warranty. In addition to that, 2-position lift chairs are no better than 3-position lift chairs so consumers should rather buy a 3-position lift chair so they can fully recline. We do not recommend the Marlow.
